SHIPMENTS:
All orders are shipped via USPS 24-48 business hours after the date they are received*. Gigi's Consignment Closet cannot take responsibility for delivery times after item ships.
A tracking number will be emailed to you separately, once your package has been prepared for send out.
Buyer agrees to pay a flat shipping and handling fee upon checkout.

Billing and shipping addresses MUST be the same - I can not ship to alternate addresses internationally. Due to customs and other 3rd party International shipping counterparts - Gigi's Consignment Closet does not guarantee transit time lines.
All international buyers are responsible for their countries taxes, vats, and duties.

We accept payment thru credit card - VISA, MASTERCARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS through our secure shopping cart Google and PayPal.
We are no longer accepting money orders, personal checks or certified checks at this time.
RETURNS:
Due to the nature of the merchandise, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery date. Must be returned in EXACT condition received.
A 15% restocking fee will be accessed. Shipping & handling is nonrefundable. Exchanges & store credit are available if you'd prefer.
